The newly developed Fundamentals of Instructional Competencies (FIC) course by JAA TO addresses the increasing demand for skilled aviation instructors.

This online programme equips instructors with the essential competencies needed to deliver ICAO-aligned, competency-based training. In this interview, Jonathan Hoepel, an ICAO and JAA TO instructor as well as one of the FIC course's creators, shares his insights into the course’s development and the lasting impact it aims to have on the aviation industry.
