The JAA Training Organisation (JAA TO) and the Georgian Civil Aviation Agency (GCAA) have formally renewed their Framework Agreement, reaffirming their strategic partnership dedicated to advancing aviation safety, regulatory oversight, and professional excellence in Georgian aviation.
The renewal of our Framework Agreement with the Georgian Civil Aviation Agency confirms the strength of our collaboration and our shared vision for sustainable aviation development. Over the past three years, we have observed the positive participation from Georgia, reflecting a clear strategic commitment to investing in expertise and institutional capacity. We are proud to continue supporting the Agency in advancing regulatory excellence and safety performance.

The JAA Training Organisation (JAA TO) is a Dutch non-profit, self-financing organisation and the Associated Body of the European Civil Aviation Conference (ECAC). JAA TO has a history of 50+ years training the aviation industry and national authorities on regulation in the air transport sector. JAA TO is the only Platinum Training Centre of Excellence (TCE) in Europe recognised by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
