The Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan (AAK) and JAA Training Organisation (JAA TO), a globally leading aviation training and ICAO Platinum Centre of Excellence organization based in the Netherlands, today announce the signing of a three-year Training Service Agreement (TSA).

The signing ceremony took place at HQ of JAA TO in the Netherlands.
