    This two-day workshop, now in its fifth delivery, stands as a pivotal initiative by JAA TO in its role as the Associated Training Body of ECAC. 

    The event is designed to support ECAC Member States by offering them a firsthand experience of the renowned “JAA TO Training Experience.” This approach is celebrated by fostering productive discussions and creating an environment conducive to learning and critical thinking. 

    Safe and supportive learning environment

    During this year's HLT/5 workshop, high-level CAA delegates engaged in a variety of productive discussions, brainstorming sessions, and best practice sharing. These activities are designed to meet JAA TO’s objectives of facilitating knowledge exchange and enhancing regulatory training within the European aviation community. The unique JAA TO Experience, characterised by excellence in training delivery, was prominently showcased, reaffirming JAA TO’s commitment to high-quality training standards.
    The HLT/5 workshop series serves as a crucial platform for ECAC Member States to come together and address contemporary challenges in the aviation sector. The safe environment format promotes collaborative learning and the sharing of innovative solutions to challenges in common. These are essential for advancing safety, security, and sustainability in aviation. JAA TO remains dedicated to continuing its high-level training series, reinforcing its role as the only associated training body for the ECAC Member States that adds exclusive value to their CAA leadership.

    The JAA Training Organisation (JAA TO) is a Dutch non-profit organisation and the Associated Body of the European Civil Aviation Conference (ECAC). JAA TO has a history of 50+ years training the aviation industry and national authorities on regulation in the air transport sector. JAA TO is the only Platinum Training Centre of Excellence (TCE) in Europe recognised by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). JAA TO is an IATA Dangerous Goods CBTA Centre of Excellence, an ACI World Accredited Training Partner, recognized Dutch National Aviation Security Training Centre and a leading member of the EASA Virtual Academy (EVA).

    JAA TO schedules more than 300 training courses annually on topics such as safety, security, drones and management. Within the aviation community, JAA TO offers a platform to learn and exchange views on latest regulatory developments. In addition, JAA TO provides advisory services, knowledge solutions, training consultancy and assistance with capacity building for (aviation) training departments.
