JAA TO and Kyrgyzstan’s State Civil Aviation Agency Sign Framework Training Service Agreement

The JAA Training Organisation (JAA TO) and the State Civil Aviation Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic (SCAA) are pleased to announce the signing of a comprehensive Framework Training Service Agreement.

This strategic partnership aims to enhance the knowledge and competencies of aviation professionals in the Kyrgyz Authority through tailored training solutions.

Under the agreement, JAA TO – an internationally recognised leader in aviation training and an ICAO Platinum Training Centre of Excellence – will provide high-quality training courses for SCAA aviation personnel. These courses, planned also at location in Bishkek and virtually, will cover a broad range of aviation topics, including aerodromes, auditing, safety, security, and management with a specific focus on addressing the needs of the Kyrgyz aviation sector.

Through the agreement, SCAA will further receive logistical coordinatioq, quality assurance and periodic analysis of the training needs of the participants, ensuring alignment with international standards and the evolving needs of the SCAA.

Over the next two years, the agreement establishes a structured framework for collaboration to align with international best practices, industry standards, and regulatory developments.
