Civil Aviation Agency of Montenegro and JAA TO Sign a Memorandum of Understanding for Training Activities

The JAA Training Organisation (JAA TO) is pleased to announce the signing of a new one-year Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on training activity with the Civil Aviation Agency of Montenegro.

The agreement, formalised during JAA TO’s 6th High-Level Training (HLT/6) event, is signed by Paula V. de Almeida, JAA TO’s Chief Executive Officer and Ivan Šćekić, Director General, Montenegro’s Civil Aviation Agency. 

This strategic MoU reinforces the mutual commitment to strengthening aviation oversight, regulatory capacity, and safety performance in Montenegro and the broader region. Through this partnership, Montenegrin aviation professionals will gain access to a wide range of specialised JAA TO training programmes. 

The training offerings span several key areas critical to modern aviation, including Safety, Security, Airworthiness Operations, Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), Compliance Auditing, Search and Rescue (SAR), and (Cyber) security. 

We are excited to support the Civil Aviation Agency of Montenegro in further developing its aviation workforce. This agreement represents a shared commitment to promoting highest regulatory standards and building the capacity necessary to meet the complex challenges civil aviation faces today.
