JAA TO and Civil Aviation Committee of the Republic of Armenia Sign Framework Training Service Agreement to Enhance Strategic Cooperation and Aviation Capacity Building

The Joint Aviation Authorities Training Organisation (JAA TO) and the Civil Aviation Committee of the Republic of Armenia have officially sign a Framework Training Service Agreement, underscoring their shared commitment to advancing aviation safety, professional development and capacity-building within the Republic of Armenia and beyond.

The agreement was signed by Mihran Khachatryan, Chair of the Civil Aviation Committee of the Republic of Armenia, and Paula V. de Almeida, Chief Executive Officer of JAA TO. The signing took place during the 6th High-Level Training Workshop (HLT/6), JAA TO’s annual workshop platform geared towards European Civil Aviation Conference (ECAC) Member States.

This strategic agreement builds on the ongoing collaboration between the two entities and formalises the terms under which JAA TO will continue to provide access to high-quality aviation training programmes. The agreement includes the delivery of dedicated training sessions and knowledge solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of aviation professionals in Armenia.

By setting a clear framework for cooperation, this agreement ensures consistency and continuity in the training relationship. The ongoing partnership reflects both organisations’ dedication to strengthening the foundations of aviation safety and regulatory excellence in the region.
