Strategic Training Agreement Signed Between JAA TO and Bulgaria’s Civil Aviation Administration.

The Civil Aviation Administration of Bulgaria and the JAA Training Organisation (JAA TO) have formalised a renewed collaboration through the signing of a one-year Training Services Agreement (TSA).

The agreement was officially concluded during the recent 6th High-Level Training (HLT) event, with signatures from Anelia Marinova, Director General of the Civil Aviation Administration of Bulgaria, and Paula V. de Almeida, Chief Executive Officer at JAA TO.

This agreement marks a strategic milestone in further enhancing regulatory capacity, knowledge, and human capital development within the Bulgarian civil aviation sector. Under the terms of the TSA, Bulgarian aviation professionals will benefit from access to JAA TO’s specialised training portfolio with courses delivered at its headquarters in Schiphol-Rijk, The Netherlands.

The training offerings encompass a broad range of key regulatory and technical subject areas, including safety and risk management, cybersecurity, unmanned aircraft systems (UAS), and compliance with EASA Part-IS. These topics are of critical relevance to aviation authorities navigating increasingly complex regulatory environments and responding to rapid technological advancements across the industry.
